Background & approach

I'm an innovative project manager with a track record of driving complex innovation from early problem understanding to concrete solutions. At Wonderful Copenhagen, I lead an EU-funded accelerator that has supported 100+ Nordic startups across multiple cohorts — managing a budget of 3+ million DKK while working with startup teams on digital solutions from problem framing to go-to-market.

Before that, I co-founded awe — a prize-winning VR/AR audio studio — where I led the development of digital prevention prototypes: an acoustic VR solution for Copenhagen Municipality that tested event noise before events happened, and a B2B digital health product developed with GN Store Nord and SDU that became an EU-supported prototype for Falck Healthcare. I work at the intersection of user needs, technology, and business viability — and I've been doing that long before I had the formal project management vocabulary for it.

I developed and anchored Wonderful Copenhagen's AI approach — from early idea to board-approved strategy. Now I'm ready to get close to the product again: testing ideas early, driving projects from insight to solution, and creating momentum in complex cross-team collaborations.

Noise complaints about public events are reactive by nature — they arrive after the damage is done. Could acoustic VR let the city test event noise before an event happened, enabling preventive dialogue before complaints?

Delivered a working acoustic VR prototype that let Copenhagen Municipality simulate and test event noise in a space before the event took place — enabling constructive, preventive dialogue with organisers instead of reactive conflict management.
